ABOUT
NANCY: A FEW WORDS

“I grew up in the real estate
and it has always seemed second nature to me. My mother had her
own real estate company in La Crescenta. I always asked her why
we didn't live at the beach. ‘Because all my business is
here in this area’, she answered. So, in 1973, I moved to
San Clemente and have always loved being a part of south Orange
County coastal living. I've raised 2 sons
and through the process have been involved with many groups and
learned much about the area...
especially San Clemente, Dana Point, San Juan Capistrano and Laguna
Niguel.
“The importance of high level customer service
was indelibly imprinted upon me through my training with American
Airlines and later with United Air Lines in sales. I learned the
value of listening (as well as speaking) in Toastmasters (CTM
designation).
“I started my real estate career in 1988
as an assistant to 3 top agents. In 1993, I moved over to the
escrow and title side of the business representing Guardian Title
for seven years. One BIG Plus I have enjoyed is the fact that
I know I have developed friendships and business relationships
with hundreds of agents because of my title business. It has really
helped bring transactions together for me because the agent already
KNOWS me.
“I've been licensed since 1991 and moved
to real estate sales in 2001. My training at Prudential has greatly
helped the growth of my business. I became a member of the President’s
Circle at the end of 2003 and earned the title of #1 Agent in
my office.
“Clients
respect professionalism . . . doing what you say, sincerely being
interested in their lives and needs. In the process of working
with people, my goal IS to become friends. I like people! I like
building my business! I really love real estate!”
